Analysis: The veteran right-hander struggled last year but posted a solid 3.85 ERA for the Nats in 2019, and Sanchez could draw interest from teams in need of rotation depth. He's been a free agent since November and would need time to get back in game shape and stretched out, however, so he's unlikely to provide immediate help.
