I've heard from at least one representative of every team, and March 3rd works unanimously! I think we should start somewhere between 8pm eastern and 9pm eastern (our drafts usually go pretty quickly, so a 9pm eastern start wouldn't be too bad if that was needed for folks in other time zones). Anyone with strong feelings on start times want to chime in here on the message board? (I'm tentatively setting an 8pm start time but happy to move it if needed)
