Make sure you guys pay your league dues.
-
Followed by "Love Stinks"
-
And it's just cruel that you're making them blast "Another One Bites the Dust" on repeat through the locker room sound system.
-
Haha! "Here comes the new owner, look like you can hit!"
-
I, for one, am thoroughly enjoying The Trunk Monkeys calculated, one-at-a-time roster cuts. The players must just be sitting around your locker room absolutely terrified... flinching every time you walk through the door.
-
Alright. Good luck everyone!
-
One option is for any trades completed after that point to just be posted on the league board and I can execute them manually.
-
Good question. I believe they can be made up until the 1/31 deadline, but they will not go through until two days after that. So it would mess with your budget for the auction. Though with the draft at 8:30, trades made before 8:30 on 1/31 will be processed in time.
-
Just wondering if trades will go through if not accepted by 1/30.
-
Is the trade deadline on 1/31 or 1/30?
-
Has anyone ever drafted from their phone in this league before?
-
I approve this mssg
-
Thanks! Appreciate everyone's flexibility.
-
Let's plan for 2/2 at 8:30pm ET. If in a few weeks the season is looking uncertain, we can always choose to delay.
-
Either 2/1 or 2/2 will work for me.

Im fine with either of those days. I guess because rosters lock is wouldnt matter, but im more concerned about people wasting money on players that choose to opt out later
-
Do you guys think we should do it later with everything that is going on? Some shit players may opt out for their virtue signaling tour.
-
2/2 would be my preference, but I'm easy; either of the adjusted times are fine with me.
-
I have no issues with either of those. Does anyone else have a preference between them?
-
I'm good with a Feb draft, but is there any chance we could do Feb 2 at 8:30 pm ET? Or, if you want to keep it on Feb. 1, could we start at 9 pm?
-
Hi all! Wanted to remind everyone that the keeper deadline is 1/31. I have also tentatively scheduled the draft for 2/1 at 7pm. We drafted on Feb 1 last year, and I thought that worked well, but please do let me know if there are any issues.
-
WTAS is open for business. I'm over the cap, so some fairly priced keepers are available.
-
A little over 2 weeks to trade. Let's make a deal
-
Still up in the air but feeling like a no to me...
-
Has the NL decided on DH yet or not?
-
True. But idk . A trade is a trade its on me now

I assumed you were shedding salary and thought Clev might be a decent price for a long term keeper

Cut date is Jan 31st. Is there a specific time they need to be cut by?!?!
-
Thanks Shoe. Happy to be here.

Welcome to the league, (new) Trunk Monkeys!
-
Hi all,
I wanted to let you know that I won't be returning for this upcoming year. I had trouble keeping up with this format and it's just not for me. THanks for letting me participate!
-
Anyone interested in Olsen. Cheap, young 1B
-
Is everyone back for next year or am i sending offers to teams that arent coming back
-
Just finished my allocations for arbitration!
-
Cool. Thanks
-
However, in prior years, I have usually allowed trades up to the draft. I just have to process them manually. Happy to go with whatever everyone thinks is best

Thanks everyone! Weird season with COVID but happy to win nonetheless. Team name is from Austin Powers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an0bVaTjF_Y
-
Congrats to all the winners!
-
Congrats to who throws a shoe. Btw where did that name come from?
-
Zero transaction by any teams during playoffs. You cant shut it off for those that didnt make playoffs and leave it open for those in the playoffs. Shut it all down
-
Big congrats to Who Throws A Shoe on the championship win and to our 2nd/3rd place finishers as well. My team really choked down the stretch, but I'm looking forward to getting revenge next year. I want to remind everyone that arbitration starts 10/15, and I anticipate a busy offseason! Please let me know ASAP if you won't be returning next year. I hope that everyone will! Now would also be the time to propose any rule changes, which we can then vote on.
