Arbitration has been processed and player salaries have been updated. Everyone has 72 hours to post their coupon choices on the league page. You should list the player(s) and the coupon amount you want to use. Remember that coupons can only be applied to arbitration dollars--not auction dollars from last season. Kurt gets bonus points for doing so at 1:41 am!

I have arranged for a volunteer to make arb decisions for the two abandoned teams that have not made arb decisions. His Ottoneu is is ejwright. He will assign arb values. They can be redone if we find a new owner before the end of arb. Objections?

Coupons are team based, rather than owner based, so you can apply the coupons as the new owner.

Just to clarify, the coupons still apply even for teams that are under new ownership?

And note that coupon decisions need to be announced to the whole league within 72 hours after arbitration ends. That means post your player/dollars here on the league message board to get your coupons processed.

Competitive balance
To incentivize competition, teams finishing the year in 2nd through 10th place in the official league standings will be awarded the following coupon values: 2nd place $3; 3rd place $6; 4th place $12; 5th place $9; 6th place $9; 7th place $6; 8th place $6; 9th place $3; 10th place $3.

It indeed appears that Mascara Snake has been abandoned. I tried to contact the owner--but no response. Anyone have a replacement in mind? Otherwise, we can try to find someone on the Leagues Wanted pages on Ottoneu and Slack.

Not sure if you want to check in on this but Masacara Snake has not been logged on since early August. Maybe send a message and see if he is still planning on participating next year?

Our commissioner, Geoff, will not be returning next season. We need a new owner to take control of Mayfield Grays and we need a new commissioner. I for one would prefer a friend of someone in the league already if anyone can bring one in. Otherwise we can search for a new owner on the Leagues Openings board. Anyone have a friend? Anyone have a nomination for a new commissioner? Finding a new owner before arbitration is over would be really great.
