sorry, missing key detail: commissioner will make cuts in reverse transaction order if roster remains illegal.

I am adding a note to the league settings to prevent something like this again. Our rule will be that a manager has 48 hours to get legal before the commissioner will make cuts until the roster is back to a legal state. We decided against that method here because it would have resulted in ~10 cuts. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns.

Cutting the latest adds works if it's just a matter of having an extra player or two at the minimum salary, but if it's a $20-over-budget situation than would likely need discretion.

Hi leaguemates, as you may have noticed, we have one team that's remained in an illegal state for about 2 weeks now. Other leagues I am in have a policy on maintaining a legal roster and penalties for not doing so. I've had two different rules for this: 1) cutting latest adds until back to legal, or 2) cutting at the commissioner's discretion. I'd like this league to institute a rule, but if we prefer option 2, I need a co-commissioner. I do not want to make cuts solo. Any thoughts?
