Is there a time it'll likely be at? That will help with the "if need be" if I know the apytime it'll be.

Narrowed it to 6 dates. Click once for a 'Yes' vote. Double-click for an 'If need be' vote. Please only leave a 'No' vote on dates you absolutely cannot do. Unfortunately, there's probably not going to a day that's perfectly ideal for everyone. I'll post the new URL above.
-
Schedule isn't looking to good so far... Did everyone do 'if need be' for days they may be available, instead of a hard not available?
-
Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings work best for me. If picked far enough in advanced, I can arrange for a Tuesday or Wednesday evening.
-
Please copy the url below into your browser and vote for days you can draft.

You should do the calendar poll like last year.
-
I have an almost identical work schedule to Infinity War. Tues/Wed/Thurs work best for me. If it's in the evening I can make Monday work as well.
-
Feb 25 I definitely cannot. Friday and Saturday nights are tough for me, but I understand those will likely be best for others so I will try to get time off work if need be. Best for me would be Wednesday or Thursday nights.

Does anyone have any evenings/nights between mid-February and mid-March (either specific dates or just a day of the week) that they CANNOT do a draft? Hopefully we can sort of whittle down what our options are.

Glad to have you. First off, this is a pretty friendly league, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I was able to reverse the cuts. Given more time, I would've put it to a vote, but only being a week out from the deadline I sort of had to make a unilateral decision in order to give you enough time to shop players & make decisions on whatever roster you'd be inheriting. I doubt anyone would object given the circumstances, but if you do, please bring anger/concerns to me, not Mi
-
All, I'm the 'new guy' for the Irish Cubbies and look forward to this season. I'm just starting to review the roster and will make it work with the existing cuts. However, if there is a way to "undo" the cuts, please consider. Thanks.
-
Yeah, I think it's perfectly reasonable given how soon it is that if the new owner wanted to retain some of those players they could undo the cuts
-
I am OK with undoing the cuts (Don't know if that is possible for the commissioner to do) if the new owner still wanted some of those players. Whatever helps to get that spot filled.
-
Also, I was growing concerned about not being able to find a taker for the St. Paul Saints (Irish Cubbies) prior to the deadline, so I found a temporary owner who was willing to run the team until I found a permanent owner. Well, of course, the very next day I found someone who wanted to claim team. Unfortunately, in the meantime, the temporary owner already made cuts in his 24 hours running the team, so hopefully the new guy still wants the team and we’ll be good to go.
-
Absolutely. I was going to start taking requests/setting up polls for draft date/time as soon as we passed the Jan 31 keeper deadline.
-
Can we work on setting the date for this year's auction?

Any way to see last year's auction results? Doing some research for this year's.
-
I know Trammell well, I'm a Reds fan. Probably top 30 prospect this year, but he will not be a regular in the majors for some time. I would imagine he gets a Sept call up in 2020 and be up for good in mid 2021. That's a long time to carry him.
-
I thought it was close enough. I lean towards the Muncy side of the deal, but for a rebuilding team, getting the three prospects and Treinen isn’t bad.
-
And no worries, I actually really enjoy talking through valuations of players lol
-
Ah okay, I think that's where your valuation was lacking; all three of the prospects I received are really highly regarded, especially Trammell
-
And for the record, I voted approved.
-
Not trying to start anything. Friendly league, just raised an eyebrow.
-
No problem at all. To me it looks crazy, but every manager values pieces differently.
I looked and saw a washed up Price, Cespedes who might not even play this, a quality reliever and some prospects ( don't know them all, Trammell is likely 2-3 years from seeing regular time) being traded for a top 5 prospect who will be starting this year, another top SP under 24 with a high k/9, with muncy as a "sweetener".
Basically 2 stud young guys for 2 high priced over the hills, a RP, and so
-
That's pretty much how I see it also. I'm not a Price fan so his salary isn't as big of a value to me.
-
Price is great value, Cespedes is a cut since he's out until the All-Star Break, Treinen is great value, Tucker's borderline, at $9 being a man without a position I'll probably keep him but it's on the edge of trying to cut him and redraft him at $5 or so in auction. Riley, Kirilloff and Trammell are all high ceiling but risky. Muncy is great value, Bieber is solid value high upside, Urias is high ceiling but risky. Ultimately I think it's pretty close to an even trade. Which side is the issue?
