• Arbitration rules: Every team has a budget of $25 to allocate and must allocate all $25. You must allocate at least $1 to a player on every team. You can allocate no more than $3 to players on any one team. If you do not do these things none of your allocations will count. You must complete your allocations by Nov. 14th.
