Ugh, sorry Shock! That's a bummer, to be honest, I'm not a big fan of the waiver claim system. It's hard to tell sometimes if you've 'clicked' on the guy to make a claim. There should be a box or something, or something less subtle.

I'm wondering if you accidentally unclicked it after clicking it. Under the Waivers tab, Fidelio is also listed as submitting a claim, but you are not listed.
