Here's a starting point. Lackey, who is admittedly not having a great year but has been very good in the past and isn't expensive. If he improves you could spin him off for better players at the deadline. Puig who has serious upside and is cheap, and Devers who is the best prospect in the Red Sox system, has crazy power, and is likely to be called up later this year.
