• Understood. For everyone's benefit: my philosophy is that Ottoneu is built on the honor system, i.e. we all are duty-bound to rectify illegal rosters as soon as possible. As Commissioner, if it's my sense that someone is flaunting the system, I will step in and force a cut or two to bring a roster into compliance. But I only intend to do so in egregious cases.
