• Obviously that is not the case this year. So what this rule boils down to is that anyone cut after 9/27/19 would be ineligible for this draft. I will run through the cuts and add any players I think are worth noting to the ineligible list on the 5MiLB Roster spreadsheet. Once I have everything re-set I will let the league know and we can proceed. Again, my apologies for forgetting this discussion.

• Alright, first my apologies to everyone for this oversight. As has been mentioned, the second to last paragraph of the 5MiLB rules state that "Any player cut from the main Ottoneu roster after the end of the prior season’s auction eligibility window will not be eligible for draft in the subsequent 5MiLB draft." This was also brought up and discussed during the dispersal draft. I would say this is not normally much of an issue because we usually have the 5MiLB draft prior to the keeper

• You can add any minor league player who is not restricted (on another team's MiLB roster) to your regular/40-man active roster either during the Auction Draft or during the season in Free Agency; but you cannot move a player from your 40-man to your MiLB roster- the only time you can add a player to your MiLB roster is with the MiLB Draft or through a trade for another team's MiLB player. Also, there may still be some more cuts of minor leaguers from active rosters up thru the 1/31 deadline..

• It takes 48 hours for a trade to be processed. Trades can be accepted up to the deadline but if they are processed after the deadline any subsequent cuts will incur the salary penalty.
