• The keeper deadline passed but as a new manager you get a round of penalty free cuts. I'm not super militant about some of these rules. What this means specifically for you is that if you make a your cuts but then after you've missed a player, let me know and I'll remove them for you. It's important you reach out to me though because that free round, cuts are suspended until after the draft.

• Thanks for the help with recruitment. I'm an Oakland teacher and we're on strike right now, so my mind is not fully on Ottoneu right now. Our drafts usually take about 2-3 hours. We like to do them as close to opening day as possible. Last Saturday or Sunday before opening day.

• I prefer to call them price enforcers. Although I don't think that's what happened here. The person who started the auction is in the playoffs with lots of money to be spent so they put $10 on a pitcher who should have been owned already. Another playoff team in the same boat bid more, for probably the same reason. Playoffs have added some interesting late season spending.
