I think Wong and Panik are fairly comparable. Both enter their age 25 season and have similar batting profiles at 2B. I'm willing to assume a little injury risk, which is why I like Panik. Plus Wong has scored more fantasy points than Panik each of the last two seasons. I think Wong would be a decent starting option for you. Let me know your thoughts.
