I would just drop Pearce and don't want to take the money hit with my tight budget. Kemp is pretty useless too since no idea when he'll be back, but I'll take him off your budget for a chance he's a semi-useful short-side platoon guy later in the season. I think Nimmo and Hendricks are very cheap for their production and upside in Nimmo's case and McKay's a good prospect. Jones has been good but on the wrong side of the age curve so likely a drop at some point.
