  • The other thing I want to bring up is the Roki Sasaki situation. Our charter lays out the rules for who is eligible and who is not. While Sasaki falls into the category as being eligible for the draft because he is not signing an MLB deal, we are handling this like we did with Ohtani in 2017/2018 when he signed a similar deal and also was not eligible for the MiLB draft.

    So Roki Sasaki will NOT be eligible for the 5MiLB draft, rather just available during the MLB auction

    The next phase of the off-season has begun in which trades are open!

    Also now that arbitration is over, it's also arb-coupon season. I will send the list of teams and the amount of coupons they have. Reminder that you can only use the coupons on players who had arbitration allocated to them, and only up to that amount (within your coupon limit). If you have any questions, please let me know!

  • We have 11 of 12 managers returning. Bat City Bandits never responded to my several emails, messages and reminders so I'm assuming he will not be returning. He also was not logged on since June 11.

    That being said, we have an opening in the league. I always like to ask for referrals first, so please send if you have any, but I will also simultaneously be posting on Ottoneu slack looking for a new manager.
