For that reason I would stay with the status quo and avoid the hassle of enforcement. But if the majority want the rule I'm okay with that too. It wouldn't impact me that much.

There is already a built-in penalty when doing this, i.e., you take a 50% cap hit; you can't start an auction for 30 days; even if you're successful and get him again at 1/2 price and cut him right away you still have a 25% cap hit.

Well, I can always add a guy back to their roster at the original price--forcing a redrop or them to keep the player if truly interested.

Hmm, not sure I see the point. There's already a 30 day window, so it's not like they can just keep doing it all season. On the other hand, I'd welcome it as a global change to enforce a policy. I'd welcome input though, and try to enforce if it's wanted.

been thinking about a rule for next season,you can't start auctions on players you cut to reduce people lowering the cost down during the season. would hurt more to cut a guy that wouldnt get picked back up
