• I don't love the 5 MiLB system because it makes things extra complicated. I'd much rather reward managers for reaching game and innings limits with arbitration coupons. Gives more incentive to stay active instead of hoarding a gazillion prospects. Free agents turn over quicker this way as well.

• Ok, it's that time of year. Is everyone planning to come back for next year? I'd love to fill any vacancies before arb so that a new owner can make those decisions. Also, last year we discussed possible rule changes, but I think in the end we either didn't vote on them pre-auction or couldn't agree on any to implement.
