I'll pass on Yadier, unless you want me to dump his salary for you. Here's a version where you keep Ramos. All I did was keep Altherr and switch him with Hernan Perez. I think I'll take my chances keeping Altherr in OF, while Perez will give you a bunch of SB and some more infield flexibility. Good luck, Ramos is an awesome keeper C.
