  • I think it's fine to make the drops this time but moving forward there should be a penalty for people who don't make the deadline, we have 6 weeks or so to make the drops. That's plenty of time.

  • Here they are. I just went back to look and last time this occurred in 2023 with Max (Pennypackers), folks were OK with allowing cuts given if posted the list beforehand. I forgot about that last aspect last when I posted.

  • What players are you planning on cutting? We've taken a hard stance on this in the past, so I feel like how many players you drop and how much cap space you have going into the draft matters.

  • Hi all - I just finished working for the day trying to get some work out to client and I realized the deadline passed me by. I already had my cuts lined up - would anyone be opposed to letting me do my cuts as normal rather than take the half-salary cap hit? I won't do it if anyone has an issue and will take the cap penalties, but I'm hoping folks wouldn't mind cutting me some slack. Feel free to message me privately if you'd like.

  • Hi all - Apologies for not doing a normal end-of-season message. Work has been insane. Congrats to Mike! One of the more dominant championship seasons we've had and nice to see him grab it after being on the precipice in recent years. Another fun season in the books. Don't forget to do arb by Nov. 14 and renew your teams and make and trades by Jan. 31. I'll send an email as well for these points. Also, let me know if anyone is planning to leave the league ASAP so we can make plans. Thanks!

  • Just a heads up, I've noticed a few cuts that for some reason didn't result in cap penalties. Not really sure what the deal is, but I'm looking into it on the message board and will fix those three manually.

  • Yup, that’s what we’re planning now. The one issue I heard with that time has been resolved, so we should be good to go.

  • Would anybody have any issue with pushing it back to 8 pm CST? I went to the Rodeo this weekend to test out the new weekend showtimes, and i think i could make 8 easily. 7;30 might even work, but i think 730 would be pushing it. Hopefully that works since it is a sunday night.
