I think pitching & 1B are your biggest needs so these guys might be good fits. I think Bird will out-produce Mazara but of course he is limited to 1B. I am worried about having 8 players on the DL going in to a pennant race I expect to be tight, and I would trade a lot of long term value for Mazara.
