I think this would be a better trade in Ottoneu than MLB. My thought is - Duvall should be good for 25 to 35 HR in Cincy's tiny ballpark. Baez is exciting but inconsistent, and I assume you are planning to use him as a backup. I think Duvall at $3 is a reasonable offer for Baez at $11. But you have a great deal more insight into Baez than I do since you see far more Cubs games.

Baez is my favorite Cub. Bill James projects Baez with an .815 ops next year and Duvall with a .776. If defense was factored in somehow, I probably wouldn't do this trade. Baez might end up being the best defender ever in my eyes. For fun, on youtube there are several compilations of highlights of just Baez.
