My thought in this offer is that your team is heavy on prospects, so you might want to shed some minor leaguers, and Rosenthal is probably above his auction value due to his high BB/9. Odorizzi seems to be an up and coming, high-strikeout pitcher at a reasonable price, but I have affordable SP and could use an RP and prospect for next year. I thought this might work for both of us.
