  • Man, the hits just keep coming. With Casas rupturing his patellar tendon, my season continues to simply get more grim.
    I am reluctant to say this, but Rooker is definitely still available. I'll put Burnes on the market and MAYBE Yamamoto. But it would take a dump truck of top value for Yamamoto.

  • I expected to compete a little better than I am this year, and to be 900 points behind already is... disheartening, to say the least.
    I am looking for next year, top-tier prospects,vor for guys already on the roster for their big league teams.
    Looking to move Bregman, where I'll obviously eat salary, and Rooker, where it's unlikely I'd eat much salary.
    Holding onto Yamamoto, but would move most others (except Painter).

  • I know it's early but if you have expensive players that you may not be keeping and they are still performing, I am more likely to pay more now than in July or August. Not sure how long I will be hanging out in the top half of the standings but I'd like to at least try to make it interesting.

  • My wife and I have both recovered from cancer. Currently, my brother is fighting a difficult battle against AML. I have made a donation to the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at UCSF's Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center.

  • Thanks for your inspiring stories. I lost my best friend to cancer when I was 8. Years later my mother-in-law died from cancer in her early 60s.

    I work in biopharma, and had an opportunity to work on Kymriah, which is a CAR-T cell that has been revolutionary curing certain types of blood cancer. That therapy started with academic research, and now more than ever support for cancer research is needed.
