  • Annual League Bylaw reminders:

    1. Jose Fernandez clause. If a player dies, they can be cut penalty free
    2. Tommy John clause. If a player goes out with TJ before opening day, they can be cut penalty free
    3. Cash Cap clause. No more than $25 can be exchanged in a trade
    4. Rosters must be valid within 48 hours of a transaction sending you over cap or roster space
