Also in my league I give out my phone number in the event someone loses connection has an emergency etc. We also do you get one “oops” where you miss your nomination and I’ll unlock you. Anything after that needs a strong excuse to unlock your draft. It’s terrible for the floor if people skip nominations.

I’ve found it successful to schedule a 15 minute break every two hours. If all members agree to skip it then you can skip it. But that gives people time to pee, get a beer. Etc.

One night is easier to not schedule two times with everyone but also could take several hours. I’m good to try one night too but let’s also be willing to hit pause if it takes an ungodly amount of time….?
