Eovaldi, as is his wont, left it all out there for you. Just wasn't enough
-
C’mon, Schwell’s. It’s basically my only accomplishment in this league.
-

I suppose I could still get 1 inning apiece out of Jason Adam and Jeremiah Estrada
-
Webb is up 10-0 and at 95 pitches, and Eovaldi could go 1 or 2 more but I think Muskies' record is safe. Reiver Sanmartin is not coming out of that tunnel.
-
Oh I forgot/didn't even notice the Muskies pulled that off last year. Between that and Dave's run in 2018-19 we've had three seasons of around 1530 IP. So maybe that total can be bettered, but it won't be easy.

Zach still has a decent shot, if one or more of WAR’s streamers implodes.
-
The drama of this race is fading fast. Skubal made fast work of this race.
-
Muskies somehow set the record at 1,531.2 Unbreakable?
-
Framber at 1503.1 IP with four starters to go. Dave finished with 1531 IP back in 2019. He actually logged 1530.2 IP the season prior. Those are the highs in innings as far as I know anyway.
-
Way to bury the lede, Framber. You have a shot at the IP record, possibly the most coveted Bleacher Bums title.
-
Skubal v Pepiot, let's go! Need big day from 5 starters to get past Logunate. Huge day to actually compete w/ WAR
-
Hunter Greene, why couldn't you have gone 5 innings today? Looks like the league may be decided Tuesday when Framber has pitchers ready for all 5 starter spots to top off his current total of 1498.1.
-
I was feeling pretty good about things until Ohtani and friends wiped out half my per game/per IP lead today and tonight. If I have to lose though, that isn't a bad way for it to happen.
-
10 days to go and still a 3-team race. Good luck!!
-
BTW I keep wanting to call Jonny Deluca, Lo Duca -- as in Paul Lo Duca, who last played in **checks** 2008. Eep.
-
Commish, please reset Deluca's salary to $4.
-
Like Rickey and the A's but if he were slow

Paul Dejong is back on WAR of 18.12, meaning this will not be the first season since I joined the league in 2019 where that wasn't the case at some point.
-
I liked this league better when no one bid on my prospect auctions.
-
anyone in win-now mode want muncy or kershaw?
-
Desperately needing a catcher, I target Ben Rice and Adrian Del Castillo, and only manage to nab the former. WAR/Matt outbids me for ADC and is now hammering me on this. Great season, Matt.
-
All's Schwell That Ends Enbach was also a consideration. A very stupid consideration, but one nonetheless. And hells yes, the still somewhat good Will Smith is available. Get at me.
-
anyone want Yelich? make an offer.
-
done, thanks!
-
Commish, please reset Bradford's salary to $4. Should be done with the pick-reups for this season.
-
I can't believe I have $22 in salary committed to three minor leaguers. But I learned it by watching you.
-
Rendon's was 61.8: https://www.mlb.com/gameday/mets-vs-nationals/2017/04/30/490468/final/box
-
Shawn Green's game was only 68.1 so there certainly isn't much more room on the scale.
-
Spoke too soon. Logunate might actually be in 1st place. Niv is working on some data feed issues. Standings can't be trusted yet.
-
Rendon had something like a 64 pt game for me in my 1st season, 2017, back when he was really good.
-
Wow!! Not sure I’ve ever seen a +50 pt game from a position player before.
-
Kyle Schwarber woke up yesterday and thought... we need to put Framber Comes Alive in first place, although obviously not after games and innings are adjusted for
-
done, thank you
-
Speaking of transactions of the year -- or week, or most realistically, weak -- please reset Erceg's salary to $2.
-
Snell at $13 might be the transaction of the year.
-
I might have confused him with Xavier Isaac.
-
Apparently Framber thought we were all gonna bid 50 cents
-
Haven't seen consensus in an auction like that since Jasson Dominguez.
-
Wow. Just a crazy season for Blake Snell. And Kutter Crawford HAS to be tipping his pitches.
-
If only this were the final day of the season. I have SIX starters going today. It was five, but Blake Snell was moved up a day. Too much can be made of recent events, but with Kutter Crawford at minus 52 points over his past two starts with 8(!) HR allowed, I guess he's the odd man out. So I figure him for at least 35 points tonight.
-
I guess now is as good a time as any to note that the plural of meniscus is menisci. As in, "Sadly, at this point Mike Trout's menisci shred like tissue paper."
-
time for a rage cut
-
I am experiencing profound regret over my Trout pickup.
-
As sad as I am for the Mariners that the Jays are holding onto Vlad, at least their flirtation with trading him lasted long enough for him to regain 3B eligibility

I left Gausman's 63.6 on the bench, on the exact same day.
-
Well I might be first in something after today. Has anyone left a better pitching performance than Schwellenbach's 68.6 points on their bench this season?
-
Done, thanks!
-
Commish, please set Ben Joyce's salary to $6.
-
With Crochet's innings starting to be limited, I have put my best young players on the block. Probably more likely to do a deal a month from now but I'm in listening mode now. Offer some ideas instead of asking what I want for X, Y, or Z
