Happy to put daily vs. weekly to the vote- I know we had several managers who preferred weekly, but that may have changed.
Any thoughts from other managers?

I still intend to play, but was wondering if we would consider swapping to a daily roster over weekly. I play in another league that does daily and I found it to be a little more interesting.

My understanding is that you will have the lineup you initially set for the full week, and would start the newly received players the following week.

Hi all- I've finished the draft on CouchManagers and imported rosters back to Ottoneu. Please double check that everything looks OK on your end.
Please note that rosters lock 5 minutes ahead of the first game of the week- so get your lineups in before Opening Day!

I'm going to stop new nominations at 12pm ET tomorrow (3/25)- should allow those managers who are active to finish.

Also- looks like Joe Buck has not been active in a while- will assume they are done drafting unless they start nominating today.

Hi all- given it's the weekend, and we have few actual auctions taking place, I'm going to set the draft timer for 8 hours now (4 hour extensions). Please let me know if this doesn't work for you.

Hi all- thanks for keeping the nominations going! Looks like we have ~5-6 rounds of nominations left, so hopefully we can finish this weekend. I'll then upload the rosters to fangraphs, "complete" the auction, and you will be free to set rosters for the real opening day!

I think if everyone passes it would finish the auction? Not sure it matters if you are done bidding anyway. I use it to keep track of who I’m out on…

What is the consequence of “passing” on a player. And does it have any benefit? Seems like it is helping your opposition

You can enter a max bid on the auctions, and it will automatically increase by $1 up to your max bid (eBay style). Just make sure that you don’t click “make max bid my real bid”

Auction is live at couch managers. Players are up for 12 hours; when the time is under 8 hours, clock resets to 8 when someone is outbid.
Every team gets 3 nominations at a time (so 36 players are up at a time). PLEASE try to stay on top of your nominations. It’s more fair that way, and we want to get through the auction as soon as possible.

Rosters have been uploaded in Couch Managers- please take a look to double check that everything looks correct. Please also check the player list if you have any deep sleepers, to make sure they are in Couch Managers. Haven't had any issues so far, but based on last night, someone here might want to drop $35 on an unknown college freshman :)

Hi all- haven't received confirmation from Joe Buck or Team Ben (and viva has some conflicts), but we are going to do the best that we can given everyone else has held the time to draft. We will plan on getting through ~4 hours of the draft tonight, and will pick up with a slow/offline draft after that. Hopefully that will get us to 12 fully stocked teams!

Hi all- a reminder that the draft is TOMORROW at 7pm ET!

- Each player is up for 12 hours; you can enter your max bid, but the bids will increase in $1 increments (EBay style)
- The draft clock resets to 8 hours when anyone is outbid; you can also get emails when you've been outbid
This will let us get through the back half of the draft without everyone needing to be glued to their computer for hours...

Hi all- we have a full league. Friday, 3/15 at 7pm ET seems to work best for the draft. The goal is to draft for ~ 4 hours on the 15th, and then we can move to a slow / offline draft to fill out rosters.
