• Thanks! This was a nail-biter all the way to the end. Didn't feel comfortable until after Saturday's games. This one was particularly important as I finished 2nd in my 3 other leagues this year. I am definitely coming back next year.

• These things are hard to predict, but I would be thoroughly shocked if the White Sox are contenders within 5 years. I would expect another regime change, another rebuild, and 8+ years. I don't see moving as a possibility.

• Even if you have a steve cohen type owner, there are only so many premium or team building free agents available each you. You would have to think it will take at least 5 years for the white sox to be a playoff co.tender. they need to develop multiple future starters a year and get lucky in free agency. They don't have an unlimited budgey either. I hate to say this, but them moving to amother city could jumpstart a rebuild.

Since I believe that most of you guys know more than the so-called experts in the sports media, how long do you think a massive rebuild like the White Sox would normally take? Their major league roster is one of the worst we have ever seen and their farm system is merely average.

• I can't believe River Ryan went down. Is it bad luck? Training staff? Pitching coach? Seems to me that the Dodgers have had more problems with injuries to young star pitchers than any other team.

• I've watched a number of Tiger games, and I'm on the phone with a Tigers fan all day. I was mystified that he was ever ranked in the top five for the draft let alone being the top overall pick. It was a stupid idea starting Torkelson out at 3B, he is an awful fielder who has trouble at 1B. Similar circumstances and results for the White Sox and Andrew Vaughn. That being said, neither of these players should be this bad.
