You need some SP to make a run at the top 3. I would likely keep Gray next year, but I have plenty of other options. Jones' underlying numbers (.379 BABIP, ~35% K rate) suggest that he isn't likely to keep up his current success, but there's still talent there that I'd likely keep at $3 next year.
