So this is the same deal you proposed. I did the counter-offer to see if I could expand the deal - was hoping to get an OF swap in there somehow, but I couldn't figure one that made sense on your end - I think the deal as you proposed it is good on both ends. I could definitely use the saves. Sorry for the complication :)
