Courtesy reminder for arbitration: You have to allocate between $1-3 to each of the other 11 teams or none of your money will be allocated. The system probably limits you to not being able to allocate more than $3 to anyone, but if you accidentally allocate $0 to a team then none of your money will go out. Thanks
