good for me
-
Anyone have a problem with 3/29 at 9:00 p.m. eastern?
-
I asked for the other league to move its time up on the 26th that saturday its at 730 now plus I only have 7 roster spots so I can make the 26th work that night later on for sure
-
I don't envy the commish, as I'm not seeing an easy option that works for all. Not saying we are there yet, but we had the same scenario in another league and we are moving to couchmanagers for a slow draft over the next few weeks. Not ideal, but at the very least it doesn't box anyone out.
-
I’ll make whatever time work
-
We can't do before 9 on a Tuesday or Wednesday, but have more flexibility on other nights.
-
So, if we choose Tuesday the 22nd, what time (eastern) would work best? I can do as early as 8:00 but can go later
-
Anything between 3/17-3-21 would be extremely tough, but otherwise the overwhelming preference is night rather than day, and not on 3/31 or 4/2 (other drafts).
-
Up until the april 10th, my availability is anytime Tuesday or Wednesday. On weekends- anytime before 4pm
-
20-23 are pretty much no go for me. The others could work.
-
I got a draft that starts at 9 pm eastern 26th. Saturday night. If I’m the only one with a conflict I’ll message them and try to make something work
-
3/21 would be tough for me as well. I would probably have to miss part of the draft

21 and 24 would be harder, I have two drafts already on both days
-
If we go 20-26, are there any days that absolutely wouldn't work for anyone?
-
I can make any of those, flexible as well in draft time. But every other league is doing the same so the sooner we can block off a time schedule the easier the availability.
-
I am flexible on a draft date.

I am travelling 16-20 so 20-26 would work best. I can't do 3/31 or 4/3 but the other days should work.

Of those 3 options, I would vote for 13-19. I have a couple of small windows in the other weeks, but will mostly be traveling, with evening commitments.
-
The lockout is over. So, now let's talk about a draft date. We've got three weeks in between now and opening day. So, I guess the first thing to decide on would be which week works best. 13 - 19? 20 - 26? 27 - 2? Cast your vote for what week you'd like and then we'll try and nail down the day.
-
Any updates on potential draft date? Would be good to get that settled ASAP, with opening day now less than a month away. I'll be traveling a lot over the second half of March, so that first weekend of April could be a good option.
-
I agree with Scioscia on a draft date.
-
Well, I wouldn't want to set a draft date until we know when the season will actually start, and I definitely wouldn't want to draft before the lockout ends and a lot of these free agents are able to sign. I think something like two weeks before opening day would be a good time to draft.
-
Despite the CBA nonsense, should we start thinking about a draft date?

Welcome Charlie good luck

Hey y'all, just claimed Old School. We'll make cuts and change the name ASAP unless there are any objections to the claim. Looking forward baseball returning!
-
Since today is the keeper deadline and Old School was over the cap, I just went in and made the most obvious cuts that would get the team below the threshold.
-
I didn't even see the Old School manager had left. I'll look around and get the team filled.
-
I was wondering the same thing. I know that it has been listed on ottoneu's "Claim a Team" page, but no one has taken the bait yet. I'm assuming we just need to get it filled by the draft date, which we should probably determine soon (the claiming manager will obviously want to be available for the draft).
-
Do we have a manager lined up to fill the opening at Old School?

Looking to move Francisco Lindor before the deadline. Mike Yastrzemski and Willson Contreras are also available.
-
We have a new manager coming to the league. Sandwich Hoss will be taking over Elm City Avengers.
-
Even though we're still in lockout, I felt it was a good time to log back on and remind everyone that the keeper deadline is set for Feb. 15. By that date, you will need to have your team under the salary cap and ready to draft. This month is a good time to try and make some trades either to get your teams under cap or try and snag some guys before they have a chance to go up in the draft. Looking forward to the new season.
-
Looking to make some moves. Interested in HR and RP. Anybody interested in young talent like Marcelo Mayer, No 9 on the MLB prospect rankings?

Now that the arbitration period has ended, you are able to cut players and make trades. Remember, you need to be under the salary cap and roster size before the keeper deadline of January 31. After this date, no roster moves can be made until after the draft.
-
Nevermind. Hit the arbitration link and then pick the team names on the top left FYI.

10 days left in arbitration. As of now, Old School, OZKING, Elm City Avengers, and Mercy Rule have not allocated their $25. Just wanted to send out a reminder.
-
Welcome to the league!

Hello Everyone, Spencer was so kind to invite me to take over the Bruiser's Keepers. Looking forward to a great new season of fantasy baseball.

Will be back in 2022

Good season everyone. Congratulations to our champ, International Slugger. Santa Barbara Seabirds, as an Atlanta Falcons fan, I understand your pain. Hopefully, you can, unlike them, come back strong next year and not make choking a habit.
Remember, arbitration begins on October 15 and ends on November 14. If anyone is planning on not playing next year, let me know so I can look for a manager to take over your team.
Now that the playoffs have started: Go Braves!
-
Like that Chantilly :)
-
What a fun experience with all of you. I'll be here next year too. I, uh, peaked too early so I'm coming back strong next year. Great day of baseball too. Looking forward to adding money to all of your favorite players soon.
-
Thanks guys! Kudos to everyone for playing all the way to the end! Looks like this will be a strong league.
-
Congrats to International Slugger for championship and to Spiders and Seabirds for making the podium. Thanks for great job Commish, hope we get exciting baseball in the next month and a half
-
Nice season everyone, and congrats to Int'l Slugger on a strong finish and the championship!
-
