  If that's the case I think it should go to 3/5 when cuts will end.
  But if anyone has another idea I'm willing to listen.

• Not a strong opinion, but we vote no extension for trades. Just feels overly complicated to do without the ottoneu system’s permission. Like how to do trade review or email notifications for accepted deals. Plus, with the vote deadline the same as the (possible) trade deadline, we need to treat that deadline as real to be motivated to get anything done.

• In terms of the extended keeper deadline (i.e., everyone gets a round of penalty-free cuts after 02/15/22) that we've discussed, what if we tentatively extend that deadline to 03/05/22 at 11:59 Eastern? Assuming Manfred's timeline is correct, that will give everyone a few weeks to see where things shake out while being 2 weeks before the March 20th auction. I think the hot stove league will move along VERY quickly once the CBA is agreed to since ST starts almost immediately.

• JUST A REMINDER ABOUT MILP DRAFT.
  If you have one player on your milb roster you will have to sit out the first round. If you have two players you will have to sit out the first two rounds and so on and so on.
  If you have five players you will not be able to draft.
  Keep in mind you can drop or ADD your m i l b players to your 40-man roster to clear space before the cutoff

• Unfortunately I tend to lean with the same feelings as the commish. Not sure that we are going to get too much news in the near term, much less news of the positive variety. With that being the case, I have no problem if we want to add an extra round of penalty free cuts, assuming the commish is okay with taking on the extra annoyance of any trades in that in between period. Also echo Axiom's sentiment of at least having a couple weeks between the absolute final roster lock and draft day.

• It doesn't look like this lockout is going to end by the 15th.
  I hope I'm wrong.
  But Ottoneu probably won't extend keeper deadline past the 15th because some leagues want to draft this month.
  A lot of FA's haven't signed which might make it hard to decide if we should keep or drop.
  Our league can always vote to give owners 1 round of penalty free cuts after the 15th if lockout drags out too long.
  We'll see what happens.
  Let me know how you feel about it.
