• And for what it’s worth we scheduled the draft for the day my child was born last year and were unwilling to be flexible. Some were. Most weren’t. TMW maybe get a life and you wouldn’t need to worry about having a draft every day. Still finished with a better record than you :).

• I love Canseco’s idea in theory but I work on a rotating schedule so every week I work 24 hour shifts on different days. However, I have most days off, so I can usually be flexible

• It won't help much this year, but honestly should look into having a set date and time for the draft every year. Every Friday night at 7pm of Labor Day weekend I know I have a fantasy football draft. Could say the Sunday night before the first game of the season or something like that so there isn't this whole rigramole every year. Everyone knows the plan, you can't make it "Sorry, find someone to draft for you."
