OK, I think this should work. - including Happ to offload salary, you can cut him. - can't trade Moose here as he's my starting 2b next year, but Yandy crushed it this year and should do similarly for you next year - I like Profar because I can plug him in anywhere and towards the end of the season every GP matters.
