I would do this for Carrasco, but I don't think Quintana is as valuable in this format where strikeouts are more valuable than other types of outs. Q's GB%, HR%, and xFIP have been going in the wrong direction every season since 2014. But Carrasco would be valuable to me, and I would give these guys up.
