Thanks Chad, I was obviously confused on that rule and thought $1 cut would balance against the $1 open / bench spot. Lesson learned.

just a quick note for those who noticed that three cuts were reversed. Fantasy Aceball got themselves into a cycle of death. You have to have at least $1 free cap for every spot under 40 on your roster (so if you have 38 players you need at least $2 free, for example). If you have 40/40 roster and no cap space, and you cut a $1 player, the $1 cap penalty means you still have no cash but now you have an open spot. I reversed that so he could fix it without having to make progressively bigger cuts

Yo Chad, I'm confused here... I have been playing Ottoneu for a few years now and never hit this one... I was told to cut a player, so I cut Pham.... then it told me to cut another so I cut Fraley... Now it wants me to cut another even though I'm under budget??

Re: Amed, Sam pinged me right away that the Amed cut was unintentional as he's getting used to Ottoneu. That's why he was cut then added back to Sam's team. Just wanted to be transparent on that!

If anyone finished in the top half of this league and hasn't changed out Ottoneu Prestige League (https://ottoneu.fangraphs.com/opl/), you should. I entered my team. It's pretty cool/unique. Worth looking at even if you're not eligible to enter.
